AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 4287A is an advanced precision impedance analyzer designed to measure small complex impedances with high accuracy over the frequency range of 0.1 Hz to 2 MHz. This test equipment is capable of accurate impedance measurements in applications such as characterizing impedance of small components, materials, cables and devices, and measuring reflected signal power of high power RF components and circuits. Mixed-mode mode allows the user to measure both low and high frequency in the same scan, handy for testing the impedance of materials and components with frequency-dependent properties. The unit is provided with testing options such as open-circuit test, short-circuit test and load test which allows the user to quickly determine the integrity of the circuit and verify that the test set is functioning correctly.
