AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 54750A is an electronic test equipment designed for complex high-speed analog and digital applications. HP 54750A is able to generate analog and mixed-signal test waveforms with its built-in arbitrary wave form (AWG) and digital timing and data acquisition functions. AGILENT 54750A is a modular equipment based on a mainframe platform designed for flexible solutions and high-performance measurement applications. The system can be configured to meet a wide range of needs from simple single-channel measurements to more complex multi-channel systems. Its core architecture consists of a mainframe, three or four slots for instrument cards, and an optional rear panel forGPIB or GPIB/RS232C controllers, network connections, and optional rear panel cards. HEWLETT-PACKARD 54750A AWG module provides precise analog and arbitrary waveform generation at sample rates up to 4.2 GS/s. It also features built-in noise-free cycle-stitching pulse and arbitrary waveform generator functions. The module can generate single-ended or fully differential signals, providing true high-frequency performance. Waveform creation and extensive edit capability are very simple and can be quickly configured. 54750A also features high-speed timing, and synchronization capability for complex digital I/O applications. The built-in pulse pattern generator creates complex high-speed patterns with up to eight channels. Interval timing tool facilitates completely automated and synchronized counting and measurement between any arbitrary input/output channels. Overall, KEYSIGHT 54750A is a highly integrated electronic test equipment platform. Its AWG and digital timing functions provide high-performance mixed-signal testing capabilities. The unit is designed to maximize performance, flexibility and ease of use for a wide range of applications including machine test, device characterization, digital protocol design and verification, and high-speed analog/digital designs.
