AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 81130A Pulse Pattern Generator is a flexible, high performance pulse pattern generation instrument capable of producing a wide variety of pulse patterns up to 16 MHz with extremely low jitter. It is designed to provide a reliable, programmable platform for performance testing of digital system components and integrated circuits (ICs). This pulse pattern generator includes two complete pulse channel sections; each comprising a pulse amplitude modulation (PAM) and pulse width modulation (PWM) section. The PAM section can be configured to produce pulse patterns in either unipolar or bipolar modes with amplitudes ranging from 0 to 10 V. The PWM section supports an adjustable duty cycle from 10 to 90 percent. Both sections are controlled by SPI compatible digital lines. The signal output is capable of generating up to 16 MHz with a resolution of 1 nanosecond. HP 81130A also includes features to improve pulse patterns, such as averaging, frequency sweep, Burst Mode, Ramp Mode and more. AGILENT 81130A comes with a range of software and drivers which make programming it simple and intuitive.
