AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 8152A is an electronic test equipment designed to quickly and accurately measure transmission characteristics of RF and microwave circuits and devices. It is the industry-leading solution for fully automated swept and stepped analyses of high-frequency signals. The device is capable of performing precise measurements in the frequency range from 2 - 18GHz with exceptional accuracy and repeatability. HP 8152A is equipped with an adjustable frequency range of 2 - 18GHz and four measurement parameters, including level, frequency, group delay, and insertions loss. Additionally, it can measure the Total Harmonic Distortion up to the 20th order. It has IP3/OIP3, S11, S21, and S22 parameters measurements at the same times and level sweeps as well. The device has a maximum dynamic range of up to 80 dB with a frequency resolution of 0.01 dB. It also has an oscilloscope display with a bitmap resolution of 512 x 128 pixels. AGILENT 8152A can be operated in two modes - range and zoom. In the range mode, a frequency range up to 200MHz can be scanned in one sweep for level, frequency or group delay measurements. For transmitting and receiving devices, the zoom mode amplifies the results within a smaller frequency range or around a given frequency. The unit is provided with an extensive set of software tools designed to make measurement setup and data acquisition as easy as possible. It can also be remotely accessed and operated through LAN or GPIB interface.
