This instrument features a wide frequency range of 50 MHz to 6 GHz and modulation capabilities, including AM, FM and PM, with modulation depths up to 100%. HP 83623B also provides extensive low-noise performance with very low harmonics and spurious levels, making it suitable for applications that require extremely high resolution. AGILENT 83623B enables precise frequency control with its variable-frequency synthesizer and two harmonic suppression wide band filters. An optional internal oscillator increases the maximum frequency range to 13.5 GHz and enables narrow band filtering for high-resolution applications.
