AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 83623B is an electronic test equipment designed for precise frequency and power measurements with excellent accuracy and repeatability. HP 83623B microwave signal generator is capable of 20GHz synthesized frequency. It has a frequency step resolution of 10 mHz and frequency accuracy of +/- 20ppm. The output power is adjustable from -141 dBm to +19 dBm with a resolution of 0.1 dB increments. AGILENT 83623B also includes a digital synthesizer with a built in digital modulator to generate a variety of digital modulated signals with speed accuracy for up to 20MHz. It has an adjustable frequency range from 200kHz to 20GHz and output power range from -141dBm to +19 dBm. KEYSIGHT 83623B also features an external synthesizer, enabling an external frequency source to be used which has a range of 200kHz to 20GHz ±20ppm. HEWLETT-PACKARD 83623B also has an external trigger input port, allowing external circuitry and triggers to control the instrument. It has a pulse-shaping capability which enables creation of arbitrary pulse waveforms. In addition, the unit can be used as a signal source for sweep, ratio and phase measurements. 83623B also features a modulation source output, providing a suitable source for both analog and digital modulation. It is equipped with an isolated frontal panel for convenience and includes a comprehensive set of user-friendly controls and displays.
