AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 8561B is a versatile Network Analyzer that provides high-precision measurements for a wide range of electrical parameters. HP 8561B is designed for a wide variety of RF and microwave measurements, including linear frequency-domain measurements, antenna measurements, modulated-carrier measurements, and time-domain measurements. AGILENT 8561B is designed to have a simple user interface, with both remote and local access options. It can be operated through its intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) or through a remote SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments) command. Also included is the ability to store up to ten calibration states which can be recalled with ease. This feature can be incredibly useful when you are needing to restart the Analyzer or measure multiple unusual scenarios. HEWLETT-PACKARD 8561B provides good performance, with a frequency measurement accuracy of +/- 0.1 dB and it is capable of measuring up to 26.5GHz. It also has a very wide dynamic range of up to 101.8 dB and is able to measure multiple complex signals simultaneously, with up to 4-channel measurements and up to 15dBm maximum output power. 8561B has two ports for test connections as well as an additional port for a reference connector, and many other accessories are available for additional customization. It also has a variety of trigger and control options, such as step sweeps, embedded scripts, and support for many other trigger levels. Additionally, KEYSIGHT 8561B has a very small physical footprint and its accessories can be stored in the base module of the Analyzer, allowing for very easy transport and setup. Lastly, it has many software-based features, allowing for easy access to the analyzer by a PC, and built-in data processing capabilities. Overall, AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 8561B is an excellent Network Analyzer with a wide range of features and options. It is reliable, offers good performance, and is incredibly easy to use and transport. With the ability to measure up to 26.5GHz and its excellent dynamic range, HP 8561B is ideal for any application needing to measure the electrical parameters of complex signals.
