It has a wide selection of marker functions including normal, delta, peak, valley, dropout, max/min, reference, centered, and manual. The internal preamplifier provides up to 30 dB of gain, and the plug-in signal source converter allows for direct injection of high-level signals. The EMI model is the same as AGILENT 8565EC, but with the addition of an EMI filter for improved fidelity and accuracy in measuring signals from EMI sources. This filter covers a range of frequencies ranging from 9 kHz to 30 MHz and features more than 100 dB OF stopband attenuation. This model also features a shielded enclosure for improved signal integrity. KEYSIGHT 8565EC has a 9-inch display that provides easy visibility of spectrum shapes and fast spectrum analysis. The user can select from a variety of display formats including logarithmic, linear, X-Y, and memory. The spectral displays present data in an intuitive graphical format. The analyzer has a built-in math processor with a variety of built-in functions for frequency, amplitude, and power. The analyzer also has a totalizer for integrated amplitude or power measurements. 8565EC has a wide variety of interfaces and is compatible with a variety of software packages for remote operation.
