AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 86100D is a high-end digital sampling oscilloscope with up to 50 GS/s sampling rate and a maximum memory depth of 200 Mpoints for capturing transient signal events. It is designed for high-performance applications such as advanced signal analysis and signal integrity measurements in R&D environments. This oscilloscope offers a unique combination of speed, versatile analysis and intuitive operation. It is equipped with 4 independent channels, each with either a 1000X, 500X or 200X probe so that it can be used to measure, analyze and display up to four signals simultaneously. It is compatible with most active and passive probes, such as the 1140A, 1160A, 1170A and 1180A. HP 86100D is capable of performing advanced measurements with its built-in functions. It has the ability to measure jitter, eye diagrams, signal transition times, clock events and rise/fall times on all four channels. The oscilloscope also has a wide range of spectrum analysis functions and can measure noise, harmonic distortion, signal to noise ration and total integratedjitter (TIJ). AGILENT 86100D is equipped with a useful triggering system which provides very advanced triggering capabilities with accurate signal triggering for signal analysis. It also has an adjustable digital filtering, trigger holdoff, mask testing and signal search. Additionally, it provides picture triggering to allow for signal identification of signal events or to see a wide variety of digital or analog start patterns. The oscilloscope has an intuitive user interface featuring 7-inch, 640 x 480 pixel touchscreen display, giving you the super-high resolution necessary to accurately observe, analyze and compare signals.
