It is well suited for testing high-dimensional passive components. AGILENT 8711C has a wide dynamic range of 50 dB and an accuracy of 3 dB over the frequency range. It comes with the ability to measure frequency-dependent time-delay and phase parameters, allowing for complex network analyses. The device also features a power range of -60 dBm to 20 dBm with a power accuracy of 1 dB. It can serve as both a source and monitor so that engineers can test and monitor RF signals continuously. KEYSIGHT 8711C also provides real-time sweep measurements, display averaging, de-embedding, dual-trace measurements, distortion studies, transfer and gain compression measurements, and two-port scanning and interpolation. The device also has a built-in pulse test set for accurate characterization of modulation and pulse modulation signals. As well as providing an analog readout of the magnitude and phase parameters, 8711C can be connected to a PC for remote control and data analysis.
