It has a 10-Gbit convergence frequency range of up to 325 kHz and a Maximum Sample Rate of 500 kHz for vector network analysis. KEYSIGHT N1996A is also designed to provide high accuracy measurements. Its single ended port dynamic range extends to 70 dB for vector network analysis at a range of 1 kHz to 1GHz. Its dual guard technology can improve the dynamic range up to 6 dB, with maximum sweep speeds of 2 ms. HEWLETT-PACKARD N1996A also offers a range of built-in measurement modes that allows users to quickly set up and measure their device or circuit. It allows users to design and build their own measurements, configurations, parameters, and save them into the instrument's memory.
