ANRITSU MP1570A STM-1/4/16/64 is an electronic test equipment used to measure the performance of Synchronous Transfer Mode (STM) equipment components and communication networks. The MP1570A is designed for use in both laboratory and field environments. The MP1570A is capable of performing physical layer tests on all four level of STM0/1/4/16/64. It is equipped with front-panel labels that indicate the test levels for each port and a variety of test parameters, such as rise time, jitter, eye profile, and order of bits. The STM system tester is equipped with two built-in Ethernet/IP interfaces for network testing and communication. The MP1570A is equipped with a compact, 2U, 8-slot modular mainframe and a range of interchangeable modules. This allows it to be configured to different requirements, depending on the application. A built-in optical receiver allows the tester to measure high-speed optic signals. It also equipped with both Internal Protocol and External Protocol Analysis (EPA) modules, enabling the tester to be used in application- and protocol-specific testing.
