KEITHLEY 220 is an electronic test equipment that is used for measuring low-level and high-power signals. All models offer the same basic functionality, while 220-03 and KEITHLEY 220-04 include a 0.1 ohm resolution to measure current or resistance, as well as four independently adjustable ranges. Additionally, each model includes extended range current measurement for microamperes and resistance ranges. Users of 220 can connect to the device using either the serial or USB interfaces, or the IEEE-488 GPIB. A Bluetooth adapter is available to enable wireless communication between a host computer and KEITHLEY 220.
