KEITHLEY 2401 Source Measure Unit (SMU) is a high-performance source measure instrument designed for testing a wide range of applications including semiconductor, solar cells, and bio-sensors. For further sophistication, 2401 offers the ability to store measured data in user-defined formats in internal memory, while its script execution system helps organize tests, control multiple units and/or trigger external events. In addition, the source measure unit can be operated via SCPI, LabVW, LabVIEW, programmable via IVI-COM, VISA and LabWindows/CVI, as well as LabView desktop. Finally, KEITHLEY 2401 SMU is provided with a comprehensive suite of software that among other features, allows for data storage and organizing.
