KEITHLEY 2614B is a high quality, 4-quadrant electrometer/high resolution source measure unit (SMU). The device can measure and/or generate voltage and current signals up to 200V and 1A. 2614B provides numerous measurement and source functions with a five-turn resolution control that offers up to 500μV precision, as well as high speed data acquisition with a 10μHz to 10kHz signal bandwidth. The device is encompassed in a small and rugged package and is designed for manual, SCPI/GPIB-controlled, or high-throughput automated measurements. The instrument features two measurement channels, preset current ranges, three active current ranges of 10nA-1mA, 10mA-1A and a gated current range of 10nA-100μA on channel A, and a gated current range of 1uA-1mA on channel B. The device also offers two voltage ranges of ±200V, ±20V and a gated voltage range of ±2V. Other features include variable compliance, noise analysis, and ±200V sourcing capability. It includes a variety of communication interfaces, such as Ethernet, USB and GPIB, allowing for remote control and integration into automated systems. KEITHLEY 2614B incorporates several measurement techniques, such as current limit, peak and valley detection, integration, and pulse current measurements. It has two to four-wire measurement capability that enables users to select between four-wire current sensing and two-wire voltage sensing. Its four-quadrant measurement mode enables it to accept positive or negative polarity current and voltage, which enables the user to measure power up to 200W with either a positive or negative bias. Furthermore, 2614B includes a classic differential input amplifier that has a low input bias current of 100fA, drift of 0.5fA/°C, offset voltage of 200nV and input capacitance of 100aF to help make high-accuracy measurements. The device also features a real-time voltage/current visual display and multiple programmable trip options, which enable users to detect threshold limits in order to protect sensitive devices from being damaged during testing. KEITHLEY 2614B SMU provides many features, designed to make measurements more accurate and repeatable. With its high resolution, accurate resolution, and numerous calibration options, 2614B is the perfect choice for any laboratory or production setting.
