KROHN-HITE 522
ID: 9107769
Voltage calibrator.
KROHN-HITE 522 is a portable, multi-purpose triaxial amplifier designed for use with piezoelectric, force-balance, and variable reluctance transducers. It provides a maximum of 245Vrms in current mode and 1490Vrms in voltage mode. For different configurations, 522 provides the user with a low pass filter, low-level linear signal output, low distortion and linearity, as well as an attenuator. Additionally, KROHN-HITE 522 allows for manual or remote excitation of piezoelectric transducers and Wheatstone bridges. 522 is a highly versatile instrument for dynamic testing, signal acquisition, and other industrial applications. With its linear, low distortion and low-level output, it can accurately measure amplitudes from 0.01 milliVolts to 1490Vrms. KROHN-HITE 522 has a full range of adjustable input gains that extend up to ±50dB in 0.1dB increments. The unit also supports the use of external voltage-controlled attenuators for additional signal control. 522 has a built-in wide-band low pass filter that eliminates unwanted noise and interference when measuring low frequency signals. The unit utilizes a wide range of Input Impedance settings, from 2MOhms to 20MOhms in 10Ohm increments. This allows KROHN-HITE 522 to accurately measure very small signals with minimal distortion. The unit also has a fast response time, 0.5 microseconds, allowing for quick and accurate testing. 522 is housed in a rugged, lightweight, and fanless box measuring 8.6"H x 5.0"W x 3.75"D. This allows the unit to be easily mounted in portable applications, and for quick installation in tight spaces that may be inaccessible to other test instruments. KROHN-HITE 522 is also immune to most line-based power disturbances, increasing the reliability of testing results. 522 has an adjustable signal output (0-10V peak to peak) allowing the user to customize the output for individual testing requirements. Additionally, KROHN-HITE 522 has an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to +50°C allowing for reliable operation in extreme temperatures. 522 is an essential instrument for production testing, R&D, and general laboratory testing.
