LECROY 9374L is a general purpose Electronic Test Equipment (ETE) module designed for performance testing, automated measurement, and electrical characterization of integrated circuits and other electronic components. 9374L is designed to work with LabVolt standards to allow for easy integration into a wide range of test environments.
