This versatile piece of equipment can be used to measure a variety of parameters including power, frequency, resonance, capacitance, optical and impedance. The flexible measurement engine allows users to measure multiple values in sequence at very high sample rates, making it ideal for high-speed laboratory testing and production applications. It also features low-noise components and up to three times the dynamic range of a typical spectrum analyzer for high-resolution measurements. ROHDE & SCHWARZ CMW 500 is available with a variety of additional optional modules, including a built-in I/Q Modulator/Demodulator, a Noise Figure Analyzer, a Vector Signal Generator, and a Vector Network Analyzer, making it suitable for a host of measurements including modulation/demodulation, non-linear distortion, antenna measurements, and EMC/EMI tests. CMW 500 also features an internal battery which provides up to 6 hours of operation and measurement control software that is compliant with all major standards such as IEEE, ANSI, DLMS, and Zigbee. Additionally, the software enables the user to perform automated measurements using the macro feature.
