ROHDE & SCHWARZ ESCS30 is an electronic test equipment designed for testing and characterizing semiconductor devices. ESCS30 includes two channels that can be configured for any two of the following parameters: current, voltage, capacitance, leakage and frequency response. On each channel, the user is able to independently control both voltage, current, range, magnitude and rate of change. Each channel can be supplied with 0 to 3 volts, with a below-ground lead-in voltage of -1V and above-ground lead-in voltage of +1 to +3V. Additionally, each channel can range from 0 to 200 mA in 1 mA steps. ESCS 30 features a wide dynamic range, with accuracy and sensitivity level of up to 9 digits. It also offers a low current noise floor and high bandwidths up to 40 MHz. Furthermore, with its built-in temperature compensation, ROHDE & SCHWARZ ESCS30 is designed to ensure accurate measurement performance over temperature fluctuations. ROHDE & SCHWARZ ESCS 30 also features multiple user interface options, such as local control, remote control, and a graphical user interface. The local user interface provides direct control over individual channels, and allows users to monitor and control each channel independently. The remote control allows users to set up monitoring, recording, and other automated functions from a remote location. And with the multi-language graphical user interface, users can create custom, interactive displays to visualize and analyze the data in real time. In addition to its great features and performance, ESCS30 also includes several safety features. These features include external sensor monitoring, over-current and over-voltage protection, and dual temperature control. Furthermore, ESCS 30 also features a built-in Parabola True Test Parameter that measures waveforms of all shapes, and a built-in Passive Current Ramp that allows continuous testing with up to 10kHz switching frequency.
