ROHDE & SCHWARZ FSL is a series of advanced electronic test equipment developed by ROHDE & SCHWARZ that provides reliable, accurate and repeatable measurements in EMC diagnostic, monitoring, and measurement applications. FSL includes a wide range of features and capabilities to meet the needs of both large and small to medium businesses. ROHDE & SCHWARZ FSL allows users to customize test parameters to match their measurement requirements and provides an intuitive graphical user interface for easy operation. It can be used with a variety of connected test instruments, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and several other types of instrumentation. FSL is designed to be used in the laboratory, test stand or on the benchtop for portable testing. ROHDE & SCHWARZ FSL series consists of four main instrument packages. The FSL100 is the entry level package, consisting of an RF source with vector impedance, a spectrum analyzer, an RF power sensor with its companion impedance analyzer, and an active dip meter. The FSL200 comes with the same instrumentation as the FSL100, but includes additional features such as a multi-channel dynamic-frequency step replicator and a noise figure meter. The FSL300 adds a triggering system, a digital recording unit and dual Receiver Subsystems. The FSL400 provides the most comprehensive measurement capability, with a third receiver subsystem, a digital channelizer module and a directional coupler. This package also includes a 2-channel pulse generator, allowing for swept or triggered operations. FSL series is designed to be used in EMC diagnostics, monitoring, and measurement applications. Common applications involve EMI/RFI measurements, relative field strength measurements, and emission tests. ROHDE & SCHWARZ FSL can also be used in shielded room applications, as well as antenna pattern measurements. FSL series features robust construction to withstand harsh environments and exposure to EMI/RFI interference. Its ability to measure ultra low-level frequencies and its flexible range of features ensure that users have a reliable and repeatable means of performing measurements. It is available in both a rack-mounted and a desktop configuration.
