It features 2.4/5/6 GHz frequency coverage, up to 500 MHz bandwidth, 10 mHz minimum resolution, and a measurement accuracy of 0.35 dB, with outstanding RF communication quality and dynamic range. It has one-port, four-port, and S-parameter measurements in both single-ended and differential modes with high-end features such as Impedance Matching, Frequency Synthesizer, Noise Figure, Return Loss, Switching, Amplitude/Phase Detection, and Gated Sweep for component validation. FSUP50 is suitable for testing components such as MEMS, HF Antenna components, receivers, and receivers.
