ROHDE & SCHWARZ SMIQ06B is an electronic test equipment with RF output capabilities and a maximum output power of 10 dBm. It is designed for a variety of applications, such as developing and checking analog and digital radio designs, as well as measuring and troubleshooting RF systems. SMIQ06B has a double-conversion architecture with frequency conversion from the input frequency (typically 10 MHz) to the output frequency. Its frequency range spans from 9 kHz to 6 GHz and provides high stability and accuracy up to 60mm. ROHDE & SCHWARZ SMIQ06B also offers a variety of measurement modes and capabilities, such as continuous wave, audio modulation, pulse modulation up to 500 kHz, and power monitoring from extremely low levels up to 3 Watts. It also features a wide range of measurement options, such as power, CW level, modulation frequency, sweep, and frequency-dependent power. It is equipped with both a 10 MHz and 100 MHz external reference input. SMIQ06B has built-in automatic test systems (ATS) that provide a high degree of accuracy and automation in testing. This allows for effective and efficient tests. The ATS includes a variety of tests, such as harmonic and pulse power, pulse width and pulse repetition frequency (PRF), modulation frequency accuracy and linearity, and power source quality assessment. For maximum flexibility, ROHDE & SCHWARZ SMIQ06B is equipped with three independent signal outputs. This allows users to generate multiple frequencies simultaneously or sequentially, as well as simultaneously at two different output levels. Its rear panel is equipped with BNC and N-typeRF connectors for easy connection to other instruments. The compact design of SMIQ06B makes it an ideal solution for tight laboratory spaces. Additionally, its rugged construction ensures that it can withstand harsh environments for long-term use. Finally, its built-in LAN and GPIB interfaces enable remote monitoring and control.
