STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS / SRS DS 335
ID: 9112043
Function Generator 3.1MHz.
STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS / SRS DS 335 is a high-performance, programmable electronic test equipment designed and manufactured by SRS. It is a high-accuracy, dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator designed for both laboratory and production-line applications. The output signal offers a range of 30MHz and can be programmed to deliver both sine and square waves. The instrument also features a high-resolution 5-inch TFT color LCD with a touchpanel interface, making it easy to control and program from a comfortable position. SRS DS 335 offers high-resolution arbitrary waveform synthesis with a resolution of 1 part in 16,000. The instrument is capable of producing signals up to 30MHz and accurate to more than 2ppm. It also comes with eight internal waveforms, including sine, triangle, square, ramp, noise and pulse. Additionally, you can also define your own waveform, based on up to 1024 different waveform points that can be uploaded as a CSV or Binary-encoding file. All known waveforms can be accurately reproduced without noticeable distortion, thanks to its built-in Digital Signal Synthesizer (DSS). STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS DS 335 offers comprehensive triggering capabilities, including external pulse and digital triggering for waveform synchronization. An internal pulse generator is also included, capable of producing pulses from 0.01 Hz up to 10 MHz, with a rise/fall time of less than 2.4 ns. There is also a selection of fixed output levels (1mV to 10Vpp) or adjustable output intensities, ranging from 0 to 32 dB. DS 335 also offers various sweep and modulation functions, with up to 32 user-defined sweep points. Multiple sweep types, including linear frequency, list and arbitrary are available. Furthermore, the advanced modulation types, such as AM, FM, FSK, PSK and ASK are enabled, as well as four different modes of linear phase modulation. The instrument can also be securely connected to a PC via an Ethernet port, allowing access to the instrument's control and programming software. It also comes with a comprehensive set of accessories, including power cables, a BNC to BNC and mini-grabber cable, as well as a user manual. All in all, STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS / SRS DS 335 is an advanced and highly reliable electronic test equipment, capable of producing high-precision, high-accuracy waveforms with ease. It is an ideal choice for both laboratory and production environments, thanks to its comprehensive array of features and programmable functionality.
