The Direct Digital Controller is a two-channel data acquisition system that provides sample-accurate waveform processing, multiplexer timing control as well as synchronization control. The unit includes an embedded 8-bit processor and a high-speed ADC which provides a data capture rate up to 5 MHz. STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS DS335 is a modular machine and is available with multiple accessories. It also offers automated test capability using graphical display and contains a traditional I/O connector tool.
