Dual Phase Lock-In Amplifier Options: 001 - GPIB Interface 002 - Internal Oscillator.
STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS / SRS SR530 is an electronic test equipment used as a signal generator, lock-in amplifier and frequency counter. This versatile instrument is a solid-state device containing six stages of radio-frequency (RF) electronics and components, a power supply assembly and a microprocessor controller. The instrument provides both RF signal generation with up to three frequency bands from 1kHz to 50MHz, and signal acquisition and processing capabilities with advanced features such as the Autotune system and dynamic signal compensation for stabilities up to 1ppm. SRS SR530 is a dual-channel Lock-in Amplifier, capable of phase-sensitive detection and signal processing from 1Hz up to 50kHz. It offers both AC and DC output processing of low-frequency signals, and is also capable of pass-band frequency response analysis. The Autotune feature, offers automated frequency tuning of the oscillator section to the desired frequency, and improves signal processing performance significantly. STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS SR530 also includes an optional frequency counter, which is capable of counting up to 50MHz. It offers versatile frequency range and resolution, along with dual-counter functionality, enabling the measurement of the frequency or period of the signal of interest. SR530 offers the Type-N RF impedance measurement range, which can be extended up to Type-BZ or Type-BN impedance ranges, thanks to additional probes. In terms of connectivity, the instrument includes multiple I/O ports, (RS-232, USB and Ethernet) allowing STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS / SRS SR530 to be operated remotely providing an ideal platform for test system integration. Additionally, the instrument is equipped with a variety of analog and digital sources, including a DDS built-in generators, direct-output of the signal and the on-board 50MHz frequency counter. The instrument also works together with SRS Function Generator and STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS Programmable Digital Multimeter, which further extend its possible range of measurements and functions. SRS SR530 also includes an advanced front-panel user interface, offering a clear view of the complete instrument configuration and status, which includes the selected measurement type, status indicator and data readouts. The user interface is ergonomically designed providing the user with a straightforward, intuitive operation. STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS SR530 is an ideal instrument for use in scientific research, area mapping, measurement and control applications, as it features a robust design, providing reliability and durability, as well as versatility and functionality. SR530 offers a wide range of features and options, allowing the user to customize their test system and make their measurements both more efficient, productive and accurate.
