SRS SR620 / SR625 are equipped with one or two independent channels featuring 36-bit A/D converters and 14-bit D/A converters with 8-kHz to 8-MHz bandwidths and 16-bit data acquisition for greater accuracy and up to 64x more sensitivity than comparable 16-bit designs. It offers a dual-channel, wide-dynamic range lock-in amplifier with a maximum input frequency up to 10 MHz and capable of acquiring input signals up to the 80th harmonic. The series is also equipped with adjustable gains for signal conditioning over a large dynamic range, advanced digital phase-lock technology, lock-in filters, signal averaging, and a variety of advanced measurement features.
