STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS / SRS SR620 / SR625 electronic test equipment is a universal, high-performance stereo analog lock-in amplifiers designed to measure precise voltage and frequency signals. This series of lock-in amplifiers incorporate the most advanced signal processing technology available to offer accurate, reliable, and repeatable measurements of small signals in the presence of large harmonic and non-harmonic interferences. These lock-in amplifiers are designed for use in a wide variety of advanced physics, engineering, and medical applications, and are capable of detecting and processing signals as small as 0.1 μV (SR620) and 0.01 μV (SR625). SRS SR620 / SR625 are equipped with one or two independent channels featuring 36-bit A/D converters and 14-bit D/A converters with 8-kHz to 8-MHz bandwidths and 16-bit data acquisition for greater accuracy and up to 64x more sensitivity than comparable 16-bit designs. It offers a dual-channel, wide-dynamic range lock-in amplifier with a maximum input frequency up to 10 MHz and capable of acquiring input signals up to the 80th harmonic. The series is also equipped with adjustable gains for signal conditioning over a large dynamic range, advanced digital phase-lock technology, lock-in filters, signal averaging, and a variety of advanced measurement features. In addition, STANFORD RESEARCH SYSTEMS SR620 / SR625 are fully programmable with both PC and LAN-based interfaces including SCPI commands, making it compatible with a wide range of modern data acquisition systems. The series also includes a built-in voltage source for tests requiring the generation of a test signal. It also includes a digital frequency generator, a temperature monitor, and a displacement meter for measuring dynamic signal changes. The series is built with IEEE-488 and RS-232C interfaces that allow for complex remote operation using PCs. The series also includes a variety of included filters, such as the low-noise Sinc-2 high-pass filter and the low-alias Chebyshev low-pass filter with excellent performance characteristics for the high resolutions of modern lock-in amplifiers. SR620 / SR625 also includes a choice of lock-in amplifiers that offer a wide dynamic range, low noise levels, and excellent vibration rejection, all packed into a highly compact package.
