TEKTRONIX DPO 4054 is a four-channel digital phosphor oscilloscope (DPO) designed to provide superior waveform analysis, rapid detection of subtle waveform characteristics, and affordable test measurement accuracy. TEKTRONIX DPO4054 is an advanced oscilloscope that features a five-inch color thin-film transistor (TFT) display with a 1024 x 768 resolution and a 5.7-inch WVGA color display. The oscilloscope has a maximum sample rate of up to 2 GS/s per channel and a 7-bit vertical resolution with its 14-bit analog-to-digital (A-to-D) converter. Standard on the oscilloscope is system integration, including the ATE Wizard for automated testing and automatic test program generation. The open plug-in architecture allowing the capability of adding third-party plug-ins. DPO 4054 guarantees each channel has the same specified accuracy with four independent timebases and triggering.
