TEKTRONIX P6247
ID: 9201473
Differential probe DC to 1 GHz.
TEKTRONIX P6247 is a high performance active probe designed for use with today's high speed logic and digital systems. It features a 1.5 GHz bandwidth, 25 GHz input attenuation, 50 nV/sqrt Hz noise floor, low return loss, and variable load impedance. P6247 is ideal for use with Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes and other testing equipment for verifying and debugging digital and logic designs. TEKTRONIX P6247 operates in 1X and 10X modes. In the 1X mode the probe with provide you with a nominal input of 1M-Ohm, in the 10x mode it will provide a nominal input of 10M-Ohm. This makes P6247 ideal for probing high-speed logic signals where the 1X mode allows you to capture high speed transitions while the 10X mode allows you to capture Long-term Timing information. TEKTRONIX P6247 features a spring-loaded tip which allows for easy handling and reliable connections. The probe also has a low input capacitance of about 7pF and is impedance matched to minimize loading effects on the signal. This allows for accurate signal readings with minimal effect on the signal's accuracy and integrity. P6247 also comes with an adjustable ground screw for attaching the ground lead and a detachable power cable for connecting to the Oscilloscope or other test equipment. The probe also has temperature controlled power management, enabling it to be used in a range of temperatures from -20 to 55 Celsius and the probe is designed to pass vibration examinations up to 50 Gs. The probe also has an ESD protection rating of up to 8KV. TEKTRONIX P6247 feature a robust design which helps eliminate the need for periodic maintenance and its high-performance specifications provide you with great accuracy and signal integrity while testing. When looked at as a whole, P6247 is a cost-effective and high-performance active probe designed for use with today's high-speed logic and digital systems. It features 1.5GHz bandwidth, 25GHz input attenuation, 50 nV/sqrt Hz noise floor, low return loss, and variable load impedance. The spring-loaded tip, adjustable ground screw, and detachable power cable make it easy to connect and use. It is also ESD protected up to 8KV, designed to pass vibration examinations up to 50 Gs and feature temperature controlled power management to help you get accurate and reliable signal readings in a range of temperatures. This makes it the ideal choice for testing and verifying digital and logic designs.
