oscilloscope, 500 MHz, 1 GS/s, 2+2 channel, color.
TEKTRONIX TDS 724C/13/1F/2F is a four-channel digital storage oscilloscope designed for general purpose use in measuring, detecting and characterizing analog and digital signals. It has sample rates of up to 500 MS/sec and can sample 500,000 points per channel with a single trigger. TEKTRONIX TDS 724C/13/1F/2F features the FFT math package which allows the user to take the Fourier Transform to analyze narrowband signals. The oscilloscope includes an 8.4" color LCD display that can be set to various modes for adjusting various color levels and contrast for optimum visibility. The TDS 724C/13/1F/2F also features data transfer to a PC via USB and a standard Ethernet port. It is compatible with the open TekVISA interface for direct programming in various languages, such as Visual Basic and LabView. It also includes a 5-year warranty for parts and labor. The TDS 724C/13/1F/2F employs dual autoscale and autotrigger modes to help capture and the signal with high accuracy and precise resolution. For manual measurement, it has three different window cursors with separate readouts of all parameters. The oscilloscope also has advanced triggering capabilities with very low jitter and lead time, as well as an adjustable input protection up to 500 V. A 60-MHz wide-bandwidth reference input is also included which allows the user to monitor a stable signal and compare with the signal under test. It has measuring capabilities for both analog and digital signals, including power analysis, pulse width measurements and Digital Pattern detection. Furthermore, the TDS 724C/13/1F/2F is capable of measuring RMS power, THD, rise times, multi-trigger events and the multiple beat analysis of narrow width signals. Finally, advanced waveform acquisition and analysis comes with the waveform and waveform recording functions. This pairing gives the user the ability to easily identify deviations between waveforms and determine the sources of problems and analyze waveform trends over time.
