TEKTRONIX TLA 7016 is an electronic test oscilloscope. It is a handheld device designed to assist with the characterization of signals and display the waveforms on a graphical display. TLA 7016 is capable of capturing single-shot waveforms with a maximum sampling rate of 1GS/s and 16-bit vertical resolution. The device has two analog inputs which can be configured for differential or single-ended operation, supporting up to 500V / 300mA and up to 6GHz of input frequency. TEKTRONIX TLA 7016 features a 4.3-inch high-resolution LED display with touch-screen navigation and a library of pre-defined measurement functions. The display allows immediate access to many helpful measurements and settings such as, but not limited to, time and frequency domain measurements, limit testing, X-Y mode, and FFT analysis. The inputs offer many useful features such as range selection, spanning, offset, delayed triggering, and selectable triggering modes. It also boasts over 20 auto-sensing, barrier-breaking features that make it easier to measure, analyze, and compare signals.
