WILCOM T339-01B is an electronically programmable test equipment designed for testing integrated circuit (ICs) devices. It features multiple test modes, including manual measurements, voltage-controlled testing, current-measured testing, time-controlled testing, and temperature-controlled testing. T339-01B can perform offline and online testing of both analog and digital ICs. The instrument's manual measurement mode is used for quickly measuring the dc and AC characteristics of an IC. In voltage-controlled testing, the user can manually set a voltage to control the device's operation and observe its output.
