WILTRON 560 and 620 are electronic test equipment designed to measure the electrical characteristics of RF/Microwave devices. Both models can be used for a wide variety of radio frequency, or RF, applications. These models are capable of measuring reflection coefficients, return loss, voltage standing wave ratio, and many other important parameters. WILTRON 560 offers a frequency range of 20 MHz to 1 GHz, and the 620 goes from 20 MHz to 2 or 4 GHz. Both provide good accuracy and repeatability with low noise measurements. They have HPIB, GPIB, and RS232 interface options, as well as PC software for easy data transfer to a personal computer. Each model has a dual reverse sweep test mode which allows for more accurate measurements. WILTRON 560 has a maximum power output of +20 dBm (100mW), and WILTRON 620 has a maximum power output of +30 dBm (1000mW). Each has the ability to automatically correct for probe mismatch and perform calibration functions. As an added feature, both the 560 and 620 series are also Dual Channel models, allowing for simultaneous measurements of both input and output ports of a splitter, combiner, or filter device. Other important features of WILTRON 560 / 620 include a single connection phase measurement system to read VSWR readings, selectable RF power levels for high-accuracy measurements, and a range of external triggering options. Additionally, both models have the characteristic of self-contained sensors for maximum port power sampling. The ease of use in making measurements and the precision of WILTRON 560 and 620 make them popular in the industry. WILTRON models allow users to track changes in the frequency response of a device over time. The measurements are quick, and the results are repeatable and reliable. With their correct signal line management, advanced triggering capabilities, and many other features, WILTRON 560 and 620 are excellent choices for electrical and RF engineering tests.
