ANGELANTONI / ACS CH 250TC environmental chamber (also known as a climatic or thermal chamber) is an enclosed laboratory device used for conducting tests and experiments in accurately controlled environments. This chamber is designed to provide extreme temperature testing for the automotive, aerospace and electronics industries. This chamber has a chamber size of 250 liters (8.8 cubic feet). Its temperature range is adjustable between -73°C (-99°F) to 177°C (350°F). The interior of the chamber is powder coated with galvanized steel, making it corrosion resistant and extremely durable. The exterior of the unit is made from stainless steel, with a painted panel base and ventilation louvers. ACS CH 250TC has an advanced control equipment featuring a touch screen terminal. This system allows for easy monitoring of the temperature and humidity within the chamber for accurate testing. Additionally, the touchscreen interface displays test values to ensure accuracy and allows quick programming of cycle settings. The onboard computer is also capable of issuing audible alarms for temperature and humidity errors, as well as any external errors that may occur. ANGELANTONI CH 250TC also features an integrated Humidifier/Dehumidifier Unit that can add water vapor to the test atmosphere or remove it if the humidity is too high. The RH testing range of this machine is relative humidity between 10-95%. The humidifier and dehumidifer are both of high quality and are able to maintain a steady humidity rate. In addition, this chamber has a stainless steel condensate evaporator that can recover heat lost during defrosting. A dehumidification rate of at least 10 liters per hour is achievable when operating the chamber at standard settings. The temperature settings are adjustable to 0.1°C resolution. Lastly, CH 250TC includes a universal 4.3KVA voltage controller. This allows the chamber to be operated on voltages between 208 and 240V. This chamber is also capable of being programmed for ramp and soak profiles, allowing for gradual temperature changes to create reliable and reproducible test results.
