BLUE M / TPS CEO-916-4-B-WF4 is an environmentally controlled chamber composed of a large cabinet-type chamber designed to maintain different temperatures, humidity, atmosphere content and pressure levels. It is designed to be used in the automotive and aerospace industries, electronics, food and beverage and packaging testing among other application areas. The chamber is composed of two independent shell sections. The inner wall is insulated with high-density polyurethane for efficient temperature control. Additionally, the cabinet is equipped with forced air circulation fans for uniform temperature and humidity contents. The outer walls of the unit are constructed from heavy gauge stainless steel for durability, and the interior is completely stainless-steel lined for sanitation, rust-resistance and ease of cleaning and maintenance. The cooling system in the unit is based around a rack mount refrigeration system. The cooling capability of the unit ranges from -30⁰C to +60⁰C, with an airflow rate of 200 to 300 LPM, allowing efficient cooling and maintaining of sample temperature. The chamber is designed to maintain clean and accurate measurements on the interior atmosphere by using an advanced, comprehensive filtration system. The filtration allows the chamber to maintain cleanliness of the atmosphere inside, removing hazardous particles and providing Class 100 filtered air. The humidity range in the chamber can be regulated from 20 to 90%, and the atmosphere is equipped with temperature sensor ports that allow real-time conditions to be read, allowing for precise and accurate control of the dew-point. The cabinet is fitted with a built in electrical chamber for easy access to and connection of electrical equipment, as well as enabling use of digital process controllers with user-programmable protocols. There are also a number of external ports for hooking up and monitoring different testing protocols. Finally, TPS CEO-916-4-B-WF4 is designed to operate using either manual or automatic control modes, and is constructed with an automatically adjustable fan speed to reduce energy consumption at all times. This allows the chamber to operate efficiently and effectively to meet any measured conditions and keep testing and production running at optimal levels.
