ESPEC ET21-CWA is an environmental chamber designed for applications that require precise temperature and humidity control over a wide range of environments. The chamber has a large workspace with dimensions of 3.3 ft (W) x 2.2 ft (D) x 5 ft (H) and light-weight construction that allows for easy mobility. It is suitable for testing of electrical components and materials under a variety of environmental conditions. The chamber is designed with a programmable controller that allows users to quickly and accurately set exact temperature and humidity profiles according to specific test requirements. The temperature range of the chamber is from 0°C to 75°C, and the relative humidity can be set from 20% to 98%. The temperature and humidity profiles can be set to be held over a time interval with options for ramping up or down of either parameter. ET21-CWA also features a highly efficient heating mechanism which uses an efficient electric heating element and auto-tuning algorithms to maintain tight temperature within ±0.5°C accuracy. It is equipped with an air-cooling system that helps maintain the temperature in case of an unexpected rise in temperature. Additionally, the chamber is fitted with a perforated plate that provides uniform circulation of air throughout the chamber. The chamber also incorporates several safety features such as an emergency stop button, over-temperature protection, and a temperature controller that prevents overheat by automatically switching off the heating system. For safety purposes, the chamber is provided with a pressure gauge to check the pressure supply and the temperature is displayed in a digital display. Furthermore, an audible alarm will sound in case of any temperature drift. Finally, the chamber is qualified for submersion in water up to a depth of 1 m. This ensures the safe and efficient operation of the chamber in wet and hazardous environments.
