HIRAYAMA PC 422R8 environmental chamber is an specially designed environmental chamber with a high-precision temperature and humidity control capability. It is engineered to operate within the most extreme environmental conditions, while also featuring a wide temperature range with the ability to maintain tight control settings over long periods of time. HIRAYAMA PC-422R8 is equipped with a dual cooling system, providing excellent cooling performance under various conditions. It is tailored with an improved thermal insulation material to reduce thermal loads and maintain a constant temperature inside the chamber. PC 422-R8 features a newly equipped air-cooled cabin with a variable fan system for intermittent temperature control. The control settings have been optimized for more efficient temperature control, drastically reducing temperature fluctuations. The chamber is equipped with a large 4-step refrigerant compressor and a high-efficient quad coil condenser, both of which are designed to ensure the highest possible energy efficiency. The compressor is insulated with thermal insulating foam material which helps reduce the heat generated during operation. The chamber also features a newly designed secure access mechanism and advanced security system. This provides a secure operation to ensure that temperature, humidity, and other environmental settings are maintained as per user specification. To provide a wide range of environmental control capabilities, PC-422R8 has been designed to include a comprehensive range of sensors to monitor and record the internal environment of the chamber. This includes the capability to monitor temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure, ceiling height, leakage rate and power failure alarms. In addition, the chamber is equipped with two independent remote-set temperature and humidity sensors. This allows for quick temperature monitoring and control and also enables the effect of humidity on temperature to be measured. PC 422R8 is powered at both standard and periodic voltage levels thereby providing the flexibility to run tests from a variety of power sources without sacrificing accuracy or stability.
