TENNEY T-30RC environmental chamber is a reliable and precise tool for controlling and testing the environment of a variety of products. Designed for both laboratory and production use, T-30RC features a uniform temperature and humidity control with ±0.2°C and 2%RH accuracy. The chamber is also capable of reaching extreme temperatures with cooling capacities of 10°C to -70°C and heating capacities of 10°C up to 180°C. TENNEY T-30RC also ensures rapid temperature change capabilities with a recovery time of 60 minutes or less. Its ergonomic design also allows the user to easily manipulate the parameter settings with an integrated touch screen control panel that is ergonomically positioned on the door. T-30RC is built with a high-density polyurethane insulated chamber for maximum efficiency and inner dimensions of 35.8"W x 21.2"H x 22.8"D to accommodate even the largest of samples. In addition, the chamber comes equipped with forced-air circulators and fans that provide uniform and consistent airflow throughout the chamber. Combining modern construction techniques with a corrosion-resistant finish, TENNEY T-30RC is designed for years of reliable and trouble-free operation. The chamber also has an integrated flexible lighting equipment to ensure accurate product or material testing. Additionally, there is an option to equip T-30RC with a powerful vibration system to simulate real-world vibration conditions. This vibration unit features a frequency range of 1 to 100 hertz and a displacement of 0.1 inch to 0.5 inch. To ensure optimal performance, various design features have been added to TENNEY T-30RC including an extensive monitoring machine that records a variety of conditions including time, date, temperature, humidity and other key parameters. These records can then be accessed as a CSV file, making it easy to document the results of any test. The chamber also has an alarm tool to alert any operator should any parameter exceed set ranges. In summary, T-30RC is an efficient and dependable tool for creating the desired environment - however extreme - for testing purposes.
