TheBRANSONIPC 4055/2 is a precision micro-circuit etching equipment designed to meet the most demanding micro-circuit production requirements. It is specifically designed to provide reliable and repeatable results for the production of high-volume, high-quality micro-circuits. The machine is composed of a stainless steel outer shell, mounted with four (4) working stations. It has a sealed frame and four (4) independently adjustable heat zones with an integrated cooling system. The front of the machine contains a removable shield that provides additional protection against harmful radiation, as well as UV and RF (radio frequency) emissions. The machine is designed to accurately etch a single circuit condition (the dielectric layer) onto a silicon substrate. It is achieved through the technique of laser etching, where a laser beam is used to etch out the desired shape on the substrate. The combination of speed, accuracy, traceability and repeatability makes it a versatile etching machine for high-volume micro-circuit production. BRANSON 4055/2 is equipped with a monitor display with a touchscreen interface, allowing the user to easily navigate the programing menus and check the etching parameters. In addition, the machine also features an adjustable sample frequency, allowing it to etch different types of substrates with different etch rates. The machine also includes an AC remote control, allowing the user to safely operate the machine remotely. The unit also includes a safety interlock, to stop the process in case of any unexpected hazards or malfunctions. BRANSON / IPC 4055/2 also includes a variety of optional features, such as the ability to etch different shapes and sizes of micro-circuit conditions, a defect locator and a thickness sensor, to help ensure accuracy in the etching process. Additionally, there is a footpedal, which can be used to start and halt the etching process, as well as an audit-level machine, which can be used to monitor the status of the entire process. Overall, IPC 4055/2 offers the reliability and repeatability required to produce high-volume, high-quality micro-circuits quickly and efficiently. This, combined with the variety of optional features, provides users with a complete etching tool to meet all their micro-circuit requirements.
