ICD / INNOVATION FOR CREATIVE DEVICES HE400-SUT GEN II is an etcher/asher, designed to etch (mark) PCB tracks with a high accuracy of up to 0.2 millimeters in three dimensions. The machine has a maximum marking speed of up to 120 m/min with a minimum marking spot diameter of 0.5 millimeters as well as a flexible working range of up to 600 millimeters. The machine is made up of three main parts, which include an etching mainframe, a PCB transport equipment and a spindle drive system. The etching mainframe is the main component of the machine and consists of a high-precision positioning unit and an ultra-high power YAG laser. The positioning machine enables accurate control over the position of the marking surface.
