TEL / TOKYO ELECTRON Trias SPA is an etcher / asher that is used to dry and cure printed circuit board (PCB) and laminate materials. It is designed to maximize board throughput in production line environments. TEL Trias SPA is constructed using an enclosed aluminum-clad steel construction for an incredibly durable, reliable performance as well as optimized performance and cost efficiency. Its maximum temperature range is 0-250°C, and it allows for up to 8 programmable temperature settings and up to 17 recipes with individual memory per station, enabling the user to specify the most refined cure cycles. The controller is embedded in the machine to help ensure accurate temperature control and repeatable cure cycles. TOKYO ELECTRON Trias SPA utilizes a multi-dimensional heating system, enabling both atmospheric and temperature uniformity during process cycles. This helps ensure board-to-board uniformity and reduces hot spots. Also, it has dual heating element design that allows for additional flexibility in curing requirements. Trias SPA uses a hot line PE-coated belt conveyor system with a forced cooling feature. TEL / TOKYO ELECTRON Trias SPA is designed for a wide range of flexible applications in electronics manufacturing environments. It is UL/CSA/CE certified and can be used for some of the most demanding and intricate PCB processes. It offers a range of standard features such as pre-heating zone, cooling zone, heating zone, cooling and heating processes, and TEL Trias SPA also offers optional features such as a third cooling zone, integrated spray mister, and an automated line-up conveyor. TOKYO ELECTRON Trias SPA is an advanced, high-performance etcher / asher that ensures board-to-board repeatability and uniformity in production lines. It's UL/CSA/CE certified and can be used for a variety of PCB processes, with numerous features to ensure a reliable and consistent performance.
