BALZERS BA 510 evaporator is an evaporative condenser designed for efficient and reliable operation in applications involving the condensing of vapor. This evaporator is constructed of high grade, corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant drainage tray. It is designed with a one-piece welded heat exchanger section and includes an integrated Stainless steel fan guard for superior cooling efficiency and to protect against dirt and debris buildup. BA 510 is designed with a multi-stage, reverse-flow evaporator configuration that creates a vapor condensing process. This evaporator features a multi-jet arrangement that is designed to reduce fouling and to increase cooling capacity or condensing efficiency. The evaporator is further designed with a reverse-flow by-pass valve that efficiently creates vapor and prevents back flow. BALZERS BA 510 evaporator is equipped with a pressure switch that ensures ample vapor condensing performance. This evaporator can also operate in a temperature range from -10°C up to a maximum of +50°C. The evaporator is fitted with an electronic safety thermostat which cuts out the power supply if an unsafe temperature is registered. This evaporator also has an integrated temperature display for easy monitoring of the operating conditions. BA 510 evaporator is designed to be powered by a single phase, 1-phase AC power supply operating at 220V-240V AC/50Hz. It is designed for a nominal cooling capacity of up to 1.0kW and can work with refrigerant R-22 or R-407C. The evaporator is equipped with a heavy-duty industrial motor and a direct drive fan speed controller so that the fan speed can be adjusted according to changes in pressure and temperature. The evaporator is designed for easy installation and maintenance, with field replaceable components, easy-access mounting points, and a corrosion-resistant outer casing. This evaporator is tested and certified to international standards for safety, reliability, and efficiency. It is designed for harsh environments and is ideal for industrial applications, such as cooling for condenser coils and other liquid-cooling applications.
