DAVIS WILDER / D&W 10SC-2836 is an evaporator designed for distillifications. It's suitable for bi-distillations as well as steam stripping applications. The evaporator features multiple concentric components and a separation valve with a bifurcator, ensuring efficient and effective operation with low amounts of energy. The evaporator includes a 10-cylinder shell assembly, made of stainless steel. This helps to absorb the majority of the heat released during distillification, and helps to maintain a continuous temperature gradient. The entire assembly is filled with 4-layered baffle plates, which promote efficient vaporization and collection. This ensures the highest yields while maintaining safety standards. The inlet of the evaporator is lined with multiple concentric chambers and each one is fitted with an upstream regulator. This allows a higher degree of control of the vaporized vapor during distillification, allowing for precise distillations and consisent results. The distillifies are collected in a reboiler bucket and subsequently fed to a flash separator for post-treatment. The flash separator is fitted with a bifurcator and re-uses the condensed vapor to cool the inlet before feeding it back into the evaporator. The body of the evaporator is lined with an internal condenser, allowing for better heat transfer from the vaporized liquids to the heated surfaces of the evaporator. This helps to keep temperatures constant while maintaining energy efficiency. Additionally, the condensate inside is continually cooled by the reboiler, ensuring safe temperature control and reliable operation. Finally, the evaporator is equipped with an overflow pipe, which allows for the collection of any excess vapor during distillification, keeping the safety and quality of the plant in impeccable condition.
