DENTON VACUUM Integrity 44C Evaporator is a high-efficiency, single-effect evaporator equipment designed for the evaporation of a multitude of substances including wastewater, process streams, and solvents. The system offers a robust design that ensures high operational reliability and superior product quality. At the heart of Integrity 44C is the innovative design of the evaporator's shell-and-tube condenser. This condenser is manufactured using superior grade stainless steel material and is capable of handling pressure up to 70 psig. The multi-fluted design provides enhanced heat transfer and ensures high problem-free operation for long periods. The evaporator unit also includes a propylene glycol-type forced circulation evaporator that ensures operational safety and increased heat-exchange efficiency. DENTON VACUUM Integrity 44C evaporator machine is also equipped with two action-oriented control systems. The advanced R.F.C.
