VE 775 evaporator utilizes a sophisticated linear zone-control architecture, with independent optical pyrometers, to accurately regulate and monitor substrate temperature. This design also allows for the deposition of thin metal layers on larger substrates. The evaporator heating unit is designed to efficiently heat substrates from the rear side, resulting in fast thermal activation and reliable product quality. The multi-zone heat source machine also increases throughput, allowing one substrate to be processed at a time or multiple substrates if simultaneous heating is required. The integrated thermal dispersion tool ensures uniform substrate temperature over the whole substrate surface. A feedback control asset is employed to continuously adjust the temperature balance between multiple substrates. The evaporator also has an optional quartz micro-controller, which provides real-time data display and control.
