HAKUTO 5010C exposure equipment is an automated light processor designed to optimize the process of film and plate exposure for commercial and industrial applications. The system is equipped for dual-track production, with a wide range of exposure times and film sensitivities, as well as additional features such as touch-screen operation, auto-repeat exposure to maximize consistency, and register settings for built-in operator convenience. 5010C features a high-efficiency exposure lighthead with infrared (IR) laser capable of up to 180 J/cm2 intensity, with a maximum exposure time of 0.4 seconds. The IR laser sensor ensures accurate exposure control and superior tint control, even for difficult processes such as operating on dark images or inks with overlapping components. In addition, its dead-stop design eliminates inaccurate data logging and makes operation more efficient. The unit's digital output is provided through an RS-232 interface and a built-in PC/PPI card. With advanced graphics capabilities, operators can process multiple data points, adjust exposure curves and settings, review the digital output and store settings for the next batch. HAKUTO 5010C also offers an optional cooling water machine, to ensure optimal exposure performance, as well as a digital display which provides up-to-date information on the status of the digital output and settings. In addition, the tool is also capable of controlling memory-loaded data, such as register settings and pre-programmed exposure curves. 5010C is compact in size, making it suitable for any workspace, and its robust construction ensures long-term reliability and performance. As an ideal solution for commercial and industrial production, HAKUTO 5010C provides perfect exposure times and superior control for difficult processes.
