Built with high-performance technologies, it features a range of user-friendly interfaces and features, including a built-in graphical user interface, an intuitive multi-site visual windows environment, and a simple control panel. This allows users to effortlessly deploy, maintain and manage their test systems with ease. It also features an embedded Digital Bus Monitor (DBM) option, allowing users to monitor and control multiple data channels during test execution. The system offers a range of high-performance options, such as a comprehensive Digital Signal Analysis (DSA) option and the automated integration of test patterns. Automated test pattern generator (TPG) and combined vector automation (CVSA) enable users to produce accurate and repeatable test solutions. The integrated global timing manager (GTM) ensures that tests are accurately executed in the correct order. The unit features a range of high-speed test interfaces and devices, such as boundary scan, micro-channel cards, digital matrix cards, high-denomination interfaces, and more, to offer reliable data communication with a variety of devices. In addition, the integrated scan pattern manager (SPM) enables the rapid development of digital tests, ensuring that the test environment is correctly setup for each device tested.
