HP PS800 incorporates advanced methods for the generation of test triggers, control signals, and data analysis. VERIGY PS800 is an integrated equipment that offers rich, modular testing of devices such as dynamic memory modules. The system is capable of supporting several different test modes, which can range from loading a single ROM image into memory and performing boundary scan addressing to complete coverage of all programmed Core tiles and RAMs in the entire device. The unit includes powerful test automation features to streamline the test process and ensure device reliability and accuracy. Large capacity memory allows for loading, configuring, and calibrating devices quickly and easily. Triage capabilities provide fault ID details in addition to the fault description.
