AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / VERIGY / ADVANTEST V93000 is a high speed, highly reliable, and customizable final test equipment, capable of providing a cost-effective test solution for both device makers and IC designers. It offers an integrated architecture that can quickly and accurately perform tests over a wide range of tests, such as memory, logic, analog, radio-frequency, and mixed signal tests. HP V93000 System can also accommodate complex RF and mixed signal tests, with in-situ diagnostics as well as providing a comprehensive test environment for device makers. The unit consists of three modular elements: the test floor, the discrete probes attachment unit (DPAU) and the final test interface (FTI). The test floor is the main work area where the electrical test parameters are set up and the tests are executed. It consists of a specialized test controller and four removable SD cards containing the appropriate data set for each unit. The DPAU is an integrated interface for extending the test capability of the machine beyond logic and memory testing. This allows for connection of discrete probes, as well as providing an interface for application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) and mixed signal devices. Additionally, it can also provide complex data analysis and defect analysis functions. The FTI is an exceptionally powerful interface that provides the flexibility required to perform effective and efficient final test solutions. It is a dual channel tool that can utilize up to four independent channels in parallel. It supports different transfer rates, higher resolution, and the ability to operate with various timing schemes. Additionally, it has several features that allow it to operate with high throughput and low latency. Finally, this comprehensive final test asset has a variety of features and capabilities, including dynamic test scheduling, automatic test result reporting, as well as multiple site support. It is also capable of controlling and communicating with UUTs (unit under tests) or devices throughout the test process. In addition, the model has automatic errata importing and recalls for incomplete tests and can detect physical damage or the incorrect test configuration.
