BRUKER MicroFlex LRF is an innovative, high performance Laser-Based Residual Dipolar Coupling (LBD-RDC) spectrometer designed to detect and measure minute differences between chemical bonds in order to generate three dimensional molecular structures from two dimensional crystallographic data. Using the advanced LBD-RDC technology, MicroFlex LRF offers superior sensitivity, accuracy, and reproducibility in measuring residual dipolar couplings (RDCs) that are important in elucidating macromolecular structures. BRUKER MicroFlex LRF utilises the conventional Loup Laser heating approach to induce an observable, measurable response stemming from thermally driven, residual dipolar couplings. This technique is known as the Laser-Based Residual Dipolar Coupling spectroscopy (LBD-RDC), and allows for measurement of coupling constants from a wide variety of molecules in isotropic or anisotropic environments. Using the advanced RDC spectrometer, users can accurately measure rotational mobility of various molecules from the far-infrared to near-ultraviolet region (up to 40 cm-1 resolution). MicroFlex LRF spectrometer is designed for fully automatic operation, with user-friendly push-button interface and an integrated software package. The advanced software includes the ability to store calibration curves for consistent sample-to-sample repeatability, as well as a built-in calibration mechanism, which allows for quick and efficient measurements. Even better, the software can be used to adjust resolution and temperature settings to achieve optimal accuracy and precision in the measurements. The fully automated, highly configurable BRUKER MicroFlex LRF is ideal for low cost analysis of small to intermediate size samples. Not only does it offer the highest precision and repeatability in measuring residual dipolar couplings, but its robust design, ease of use and efficient operation also makes it an ideal choice for those looking for a reliable solution to their spectroscopy needs. MicroFlex LRF spectrometer is also available with accessories, such as advanced detuning and optical filters, which enable precise measurements on difficult samples.
