LTX-CREDENCE D10 Final Test Equipment is a self-contained, stand-alone in-circuit test platform designed to test a range of printed circuit boards (PCBs). It is equipped with a high-density universal interface module and a range of test capabilities, including in-circuit measurements, fault diagnosis, boundary scan, and parametric test. LTX-CREDENCE D-10 is suitable for testing a variety of memory substrates, such as PC-BGA, CSP, and flip chip, for both digital and analog applications. The high-speed test interface provides high-precision testing with 0.5 ns resolution, along with a rapid test result collection speed of up to 400,000 tests/second. In addition to providing an efficient means of testing PCBs, D 10 system is compliant with industry-standard safety regulations, including those from UL, CSA, and TUV. The unit can be configured to perform parametric measurements and boundary-scan tests. Parametric tests can measure characteristics such as voltage, current, capacitance, and resistance. The boundary-scan test capability tests logic circuit boards and is based on the IEEE Std. 1149.1 standard. Its comprehensive set of measurements includes JTAG chain health monitoring, chain loading, timing, signal integrity, and functional testing. In addition to LTX-CREDENCE D 10's built-in capabilities, it is capable of integration with a variety of third-party solutions, including automated test equipment (ATE) systems, test executive software, and communications protocols. The machine can communicate with ATE systems for a synchronized testing process, and with a test executive for managing test programs and data logging. It also supports a variety of bus types and communication protocols, such as RS-232, USB, LAN, and IEEE-488. D-10 is also capable of remote monitoring and control. It is equipped with a web-based GUI that makes it easy to manage tests, view test data, and retrieve test results. Furthermore, it supports remote control of the test tool via a web interface, so users can monitor tests and results from remote locations.
